Every Susilo journey has two parts — what your trip costs, and what it costs to have it designed by someone who knows the room, the table, and the stage.
Trip Cost
Covers everything bookable — hotels, cruise cabins, festival passes, curated dining reservations, private transfers, and tickets. Quoted per person based on your dates, group size, and selections. All bookings are processed securely through Fora Travel.
Susilo Travel does not book individual commercial flights. Flights are arranged only when bundled inside a curated package. For private aviation, Private Jet Charters are available as a standalone offering — ask your advisor.
Planning & Curation Fee
Susilo's fee for the expertise behind your experience — itinerary research and design, hotel curation, restaurant and venue selection, activity planning, logistics coordination, and your full written itinerary before departure. Charged separately from trip costs and non-refundable once planning begins.
You are not paying for someone to make a phone call. You are paying for the knowledge of which call to make — and why that hotel, that restaurant, that night, in that city, is the right one.
Hotel-only & cruise-only bookings
If you already know where you're going and just need it booked — a hotel or a cruise cabin, no itinerary design involved — there is no Planning & Curation Fee. Susilo earns a standard industry commission from the supplier, built into the rate you're already paying, so it costs you nothing extra.

How Booking Works

Inquiry
Submit your trip request via the Inquire page — destination, dates, party size, travel style, occasion. Response within 24 hours.

Discovery Call & Deposit
A $150 non-refundable deposit secures a 30-minute planning call with your advisor. Self-scheduled on the Inquire page — slot and deposit in one step. This deposit is applied in full toward your planning fee, so it costs nothing extra if you move forward.

Custom Proposal
A bespoke itinerary and full quote delivered within 5 business days of your call.

Booking
50% of your planning fee (deposit credited) is due on agreement to begin design; the remaining 50% is due on itinerary delivery. Trip costs are booked and paid separately through Fora Travel.

Concierge Support
Your advisor remains available 7 days a week throughout your trip.
The $150 discovery deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellation or rescheduling. It may be rescheduled once per deposit with 24+ hours' notice; less notice or a no-show forfeits the deposit. Planning fee deposits are non-refundable once itinerary design has begun. Each package includes a set number of revision rounds; additional rounds are $75 each, completed within 48 business hours. Live concierge support during travel is available via WhatsApp or Telegram, with response within 60 minutes during active hours. Susilo Travel does not book individual commercial flights — flights are included only when bundled within a curated package; Private Jet Charters are offered as a separate, standalone service. Susilo Travel is a travel design and cultural concierge service — it does not sell travel products directly; hotel, cruise, and festival bookings are facilitated through Fora Travel.
